Vehicle identity
- Chassis model, VIN/serial data and RHD configuration match the order
- Dimensions, weights, tyres, fuel and transmission match the schedule
Patient compartment
- Doors, steps, floor, lining, cabinets and partition are complete
- Seats, belts, handrails, stretcher and locks function correctly
- No exposed sharp edges or unsecured equipment
Installed systems
- Oxygen cylinders, regulator, outlets and mounts are labelled and secure
- Lights, siren, scene lighting, sockets, inverter and shore power function
- Ventilation and air-conditioning operate under test load
Equipment and documents
- Every included device and accessory matches the signed schedule
- Serial numbers, manuals, calibration evidence and warranty contacts are recorded
- Commercial, conformity, packing and shipping documents describe the same configuration
Record each defect, owner, due date and closure evidence before shipment release.
