Inspect the signed specification
Factory inspection should compare the completed vehicle against the signed chassis, layout, equipment and document schedules.
Inspection blocks
- Chassis identity, RHD configuration, dimensions, weights and tyres
- Cabin finish, doors, steps, sharp edges, seating and restraints
- Stretcher loading and locking function
- Oxygen installation, labels, isolation and leak checks
- Warning lights, siren, scene lighting and communications
- Auxiliary power, sockets, inverter, shore power and load test
- Cooling, ventilation, lighting and cleanability
- Included medical devices, accessories, manuals and serial numbers
Record defects, responsible party and closure evidence before shipment release.
