Manufacturing begins after the buyer confirms the mission, RHD chassis, road duty, patient/crew layout, medical scope, electrical load and document responsibility.
Workflow
- Freeze the base vehicle and emissions configuration.
- Approve the patient-compartment layout and equipment matrix.
- Review structural, restraint, oxygen, electrical and HVAC interfaces.
- Build and document the agreed conversion.
- Inspect the completed vehicle against the signed schedule.
- Close defects, prepare documents and release for shipment.
Factory capability does not make every proposed combination automatically suitable. Engineering and documentary confirmation remain order specific.
